    Introduction
     
    We have the largest, latest model, dedicated Rental fleet in the industry located at our 4 Branches in Michigan and Northern Indiana. We have over 500 Lift trucks to choose from, including over 100 electric Trucks; over 40 "big trucks" ranging from 20,000# to 36,000# empty container handlers. Each machine is maintained at regularly scheduled intervals by factory trained technicians assuring that that the lift truck you rent from us will be up and running when you need it most. A full compliment of attachments is available for your specialized requirements, from rug rams, to paper roll clamps to push pulls. FROM BIG TO SMALL, WE'VE GOT IT ALL!!

    Understanding Our Product List
     
    A quick explanation of the terminology will assist you in understanding our product line. The number following the Alpha designation tells you how much the Hyster forklift you are about to choose is rated to lift. For example, the H5OXM is rated to lift 5000 lbs.; similarly, the E8OXM is rated to lift 8000 lbs. A complete legend is provided below to explain the Alpha designation.
    Model "Alpha" Designations

    E- Electric: counterbalanced, cushion tire lift truck

    S- SpaceSaver: counterbalanced (I.C), cushion tire, sit-down lift truck

    H- Challenger: counterbalanced (I.C), pneumatic tire, sit-down lift truck

    J- Electric: counterbalanced, pneumatic tire, sit-down lift truck

    R- Orderpicker: electric, standup lift truck

    N- Narrow-Aisle: electric, standup lift truck

    W- Walkie:electric pallet truck

    B- Walkie/Rider: electric pallet truck

    C- Center Control Rider: electric pallet truck

    T*-Tractor: electric, tow tractor is rated at its "normal drawbar pull," 200 lb. (90 kg), but has a towing capacity up to 10,000 lbs. (4,500 kg) rolling weight.

    Terms And Conditions
    Rates
     
    • Rental Rates are based on an 8 hour day, 40 hour week and 160 hour/4 week month.
    • Equipment used two (2) shifts (more than 8 but less than 16 hours) per day is subject to a rate of 150% (1 1/2 ) the normal rate.
    • Equipment used 16 hours or more in any 24 hour period is subject to a rate of 200% (double) the normal rate.
    • Premium rates or additional charges may he required if rental equipment wear-rates are excessive due to materials or machine applications.
    • Rental rates are F.O.B. Mid-State Rental facility. Rentals begin and end at Mid-State Rental facility.
    • Rental rates do not include sales tax.
    • Prices subject to change without notice.
    • Delivery and pickup available subject to zone charge.
    Miscellaneous
    • All prices are taxable with the exception of trucking.
    • A cleaning charge of $50.00 per hour will be made for return of excessively dirty equipment.
    • Rental rates on this brochure supersede all previous Mid-State Industrial Services rental rates and are subject to change without notice. See the front and back of rental contract for complete information.
