- Your company calls us and together we set up a time to have a formal
Question & Answer session (click here for
a list of SOME of the questions). This first meeting takes about 90
minutes.
THEN
- Mid-State Industrial Services / Hyster takes 7 – 10 days to review the information
obtained during our first meeting. We then e-mail you an 8 – 10
page overview of information designed to demonstrate that we understand
your concerns. From this summary of understanding, there will
be a series of “talking points” that will serve to clarify
some of our mutual concerns and questions- this will also provide the
basis for the next meeting.
THEN
- We agree to another meeting, lasting about 90 minutes. During this
time, we will clarify the information from Step 3. From this meeting
will come a formal presentation including suggestions and steps designed
to meet your objectives. The formal presentation will be prepared within
10 - 14 days.
THEN
- We have the final meeting. During this meeting, Mid-State Industrial Services / Hyster
will demonstrate that we understand your challenges and concerns and have a clear and coherent plan going forward to help your company better manage your forklifts, lower your operating costs and increase your forklift uptime.
TOTAL TIME INVESTED ON YOUR PART: Approximately 5 hours, not including
research of existing maintenance expenses, management practices.
